Changing

I was just thinking about how some things change and others don't. The snow falls, it melts, the flowers come, they die, the leaves change color we go back to snow and the cycle repeats its self thousands of times. Some things are destined to change, like leaves or musical ability, if you practice really hard at the guitar and you spend countless hours learning good form and tecenic, you will eventually be good. Those kinds of things can change, your experiences can change who you are and who you become. College is a eye opening experience, I see a lot of things just on campus, gay people is a great example and the only one in my head...In little Green, Ohio we did have a gay population but you never saw 2 guys or girls holding hands kissing, or being all up on each other. It was a big change to see that in action...Or the amount of smoking on campus, sometimes it seems more people smoke then in the 1990's, at least the younger crowed the 18-25 demographic. Which might be because in the 1990's almost every one had at least 1 parent who smoked so it just became a norm. That is still a change, basically every where you walk some one is slowly killing themselves. But with all these changes there are things that don't change in this world...Country names, Street signs, how fire works, the color of the sky, the grass, The Gospel that Jesus preached and since the reformation, no other books have been added or taken out of the bible, by Protestants (though they say Catholics added, it has been proven they took out books (which is a whole another blog)! 1st God gave us the 10 commandments and then He gave us the prophets, like Elijah, Samuel, Tobit, Jeremiah, King David/Soloman...Then He gave us his son to died a painful (best words to describe it) death on a cross for us the lowly sinner...We are like empty vessels at birth, and when we sin we lose more of the water that God fills us up with more holy water and as we sin, and our vessel cracks, God puts more more water in no matter what he does it in love...Even life things Change, like our salvation...yes we can lose it, Adam and Eve lost theirs...and we are as human as Adam and Eve..That is where the line is drawn though...if they who were given it can lose it, we can lose it...Paul says "See then the kindness and the severity of God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness; otherwise you too will be cut off" (Rom. 11:22; see also Heb. 10:26–29, 2 Pet. 2:20–21).
The Question is what is Paul says "...God: severity toward those who have fallen, but God's Kindness to you, provided you continue in his kindness otherwise you will be CUT OFF!!!" you might ask how can God cut off my salvation, well he is God and can do what ever he wants. Salvation is a daily struggle to keep up and stay in like the water jug loses water we can lose our salvation.
